Technical Requirements

  • DSL Internet with a speed of 25Mbps (Minimum) 

  • CPU / Processor Dual-core processor 1Ghz or above, Intel Core i3 / i5 / i7 or AMD equivalent, is highly required 

  • Mac OS / Windows 10 or higher 

  • RAM At least 4GB of RAM (8 GB is recommended) with 60GB of free hard disk space available 

  • A working headset and a high-definition webcam 

  • Back-Up Internet Connection

  • A minimum typing speed of 30-40 WPM

Skills Requirements

  • Available to work part-time or full time

  • Highly organized – Have the ability to keep track of the  Client’s schedule, and appointments, and respond quickly to emails and other urgent messages.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and oral) - Regular communication is vital in this role because virtual assistants are not in the office with their clients, hence they need to get into a call and respond to emails 

  • Proficient in MS Office and Google Programs – These programs are commonly used in day-to-day operations – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, Google Sheets, Calendar, etc.  

  • Highly motivated and can work independently – A must since the role is virtual 

  • Ability to multi-task – the client may need you to coordinate several projects and events at the same time  

  • Proactive and Creative

  • Coachable

  • ​Step 1 - Pre Screening
    Click HERE to submit initial application

  • Step 2 - Screening
    The Screening process is done via video conference with the interviewer. The goal is to get to know if the applicant is a good fit with the company.

  • Step 3 - Initial Interview
    The Initial interview is a formal panel interview with your co-applicants. This aims to assess the applicant's technical skills and communication.

  • Step 4 - Training
    Upon successful completion of the interview process, you will embark on a comprehensive 2-week training program meticulously designed to furnish you with foundational knowledge essential to help you jump-start and elevate your career as a Virtual Assistant!

Here Are Your Success Steps

​​Following the initial training, you will progress to a subsequent 2-week internship aimed at providing invaluable hands-on experience in executing various Virtual Assistant tasks.

  • Training time: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM MST
    (11:00 PM - 2:00 AM PHT)

  • Step 5 - Internship
    Trainees who pass the 2-week training will be endorsed to our 2-week internship program where they will get to do tasks for potential clients.

  • Step 6 - Client Interview and Deployment
    After the training and internship, your portfolio will be placed in front of multiple potential clients. The client will have the opportunity to choose a candidate to interview. Once you are selected, EGS will process your onboarding and deployment.

  • Step 7 - 30.60.90 and Beyond
    EGS is committed to your success and we want to make sure that we are with you every step of the way. You will have a coaching session during your first 30, 60, and 90th days, and every quarter after that to ensure your success.
