We have an initial trial period of 90 days to establish and determine if the partnership is a good fit and a recurring 30-day commitment moving forward. We require a 30-day notice for cancellation if the situation does not require an immediate termination.

Yes. In the rare event that a change is needed, we'll introduce you to 2 other candidates at no additional cost. We make it a priority to not only match a VA's skills to your specific needs but also to match their energy to your own.

We charge a one-time setup fee of $350 that is required before onboarding after selecting a potential candidate post-interview. After interviewing a candidate, a final selection is recommended to avoid the risk of losing the selected candidate to another potential client. Onboarding needs to happen within 30 days of signing the contract to avoid forfeiture of your initial payment.
