- 01If you can do it on your phone or on your PC they can do it, except for those that require a licence. Each VA’s are carefully screened and selected based on your needs and priorities, except for getting your car washed and making your coffee. However, they can schedule or order those for you.
- 02You set the time of when you would like them to work. Ala carte projects are done on a flexible schedule with a set turn around time of delivery.
- 03You don't! They keep track of their hours and how much time they spend on their tasks using a tool called Clockify, and they send you a detailed end-of-day report of their wins, challenges, and accomplishments, including what they have learned for the day.
- 04Our VA’s go through a rigorous training on technical, marketing and administrative tasks to prepare them for success. Most importantly they are trained how to handle culturally diverse global clientsand how to think like a CEO.
- 05We have structured subscriptions and ala carte options. Our subscription can be as low as 10hrs to 40hrs/week. We also have ala carte options available.

- 07This will depend on your timeline and your specific needs. If we have someone readily available who meets your specific requirements, onboarding can happen in 2 weeks, or it may take 30-60 days to find and train the right person.
- 08We have an initial trial period of 90 days to establish and determine if the partnership is a good fit and a recurring 30-day commitment moving forward. We require a 30-day notice for cancellation if the situation does not require an immediate termination.
- 09Yes. In the rare event that a change is needed, we'll introduce you to 2 other candidates at no additional cost. We make it a priority to not only match a VA's skills to your specific needs but also to match their energy to your own.
- 10Let’s schedule a Discovery Call today! We charge a one-time setup fee of $350 that is required before onboarding after selecting a potential candidate post-interview. After interviewing a candidate, a final selection is recommended to avoid the risk of losing the selected candidate to another potential client. Onboarding needs to happen within 30 days of signing the contract to avoid forfeiture of your initial payment.
